About Forum for Music

Forum for Music is a space to listen to and talk about music. We are a series that creates coherent programs to engage the listener, regardless of their previous exposure to Classical music. Incorporating songs, chamber music, and solo instrumental music, programs are bound by an overarching theme and commentary to allow the listener a deeper connection to what they are hearing. Concerts are packaged into approximately 60 mins, in an intermission-free presentation. Formerly “New York Poetry and Song” this series was born in NYC.
